Breathwork
I have been on a wellness journey for the last 20 years.
I was constantly searching for the “one thing”
I found Yoga, Meditation, Qigong and healthy lifestyle habits.
Something was still missing.
The universe sent me the power of the breath. Our birthright that most of us are unaware of.
My life changed overnight. I felt like a new human. I found myself less reactive, more motivated and enjoying life more and more each day.
Here you will find a few short breathwork practices to start on claiming your birthright and unlocking the power of the breath.

In March 2020 I had to take my teaching online. At first I was really disappointed and could not imagine how I would share my energy practice with others on a screen. Turns out that the saying is true “Where intention goes, Energy flows” I have enjoyed sharing my practice with others in this new way more than I would have thought. Here you will find a few of my recorded classes. I now teach weekly Qigong classes on Insight Timer.
Compassionate Living/Communication
One of the most significant areas of growth in my life has come through the practice of compassionate communication. I have spent the last few years honing in on learning how to communicate with my self and others in a more compassionate way. Through the guidance of Thom Bond I have shifted my perspective of the world and healed my relationships. I now facilitate compassionate living practice groups.
