You understood this as a child. You had boundless energy and regarded each day as an exiting new adventure.
But then life happened…And you couldn’t find your way back, despite all the self-help programs, diets and all the other things you tried.
Trust me, I know. I’ve been there.
But it’s never too late (or too difficult to change).
I wasn’t always living life to it’s fullest or an integrated person.
It took lots of learning and trying (and sometimes, even a little crying) to figure out how to balance caring for myself, while taking care of everything and everyone else that was important in my life. So if anyone understands your struggle, it’s me!
But if I could do it—while raising five energetic children and building a wellness practice—then anyone can! And I’m here to help you and show you how.
My background and qualifications
Here’s a brief run through:
- I am a certified Breathwork Practitioner
- I am an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor.
- I hold a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition
- I trained as a qigong teacher with Marissa Crainfell and I’m ‘Yoqi’ certified.
- I’ve studied with Thom Bond compassionate communication and living.
- I’ve completed Thai Massage training at an advanced level with David Roylance.
- I trained as a yoga teacher with Chrissy Charter and hold the E-RTY200 certification from the Yoga Alliance.
So, I’ve been a student and practitioner for over 20 years, and I’ve studied everything from nutrition to breathwork to serve you better.
But more importantly, I’ve helped many people— just like you—achieve their wellness goals and live the lives they’ve dreamed of.
After diving deep and investing 20 years into my wellness journey, I want to share my knowledge and experience with others that share similar life challenges.
On my journey I flip flopped between many practices. I dieted for years, became a gym addict, read every self help book I could get my hands on, found Yoga and Qigong, did a degree in holistic nutrition, became an advanced Thai massage practitioner, studied compassionate communication, and found the amazing power of breathwork, before I felt I had found a path that was leading me in the right direction.
The path has been long with plenty of bumps in the road, and while it is still a journey, I no longer feel the need to keep searching.
My contentment and satisfaction in life have come through developing awareness of my needs, self-love, mindfulness and understanding my true nature, which has allowed me to fulfil my every want and desire.
I treated finding wellness as a full-time job and now, you don’t have to. I am motivated by my personal success and am excited to share it with others.
The world is a crazy place right now and I believe that we will find healing globally, one individual at a time. I feel privileged to participate in this process.
